Profile

Brown Office is a London-based studio specialising in the design of objects, installations and interiors. We craft narrative-driven work with an inventive and optimistic approach, collaborating with international clients including Google, V&A, Campari, Sèvres and Schloss Hollenegg.

Founded in 2014 by Dean Brown, Brown Office draws on his international and interdisciplinary design background. Dean studied Product Design at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, University of Dundee (2003–2007), before undertaking a residency at Fabrica, a communication research centre in Treviso, Italy (2010–2014). Alongside leading Brown Office, he served as a Senior Research Fellow with the Interaction Research Studio (2017–2026), based first at Goldsmiths and later at Northumbria University’s London campus.
